I've decided it's time to slow down a little bit. I'm starting to realise that I'm not 20 or 30 something anymore, and when I work all night on a repair project now, I feel it a lot more over the next couple of days. It sucks to get old sometimes. Come join me for a bit of introspection on getting older, the cost to our bodies, impending food shortages and more.

It's Saturday and I'm working hard to get back to some sense of normalcy after this week's visit of children and grandchildren. As much as we love them we seem to be glad when they decide it's time to return home. Come in and read my thoughts once again as I talk about more home repairs on the near horizon and the cost.
