This last five and half days have been hell here in my house. I may have mentioned that I was replacing my older desktop PC but I had no idea that I would run afoul of Microsoft. On top of that, we were running around trying to take care of our sick dog. Come in and join me as I tell you about my week.

It's Saturday evening and the eve of the summer solstice. I'm finally sitting down long enough to write a little something here. It's been a long week, with long hours, sometimes as late as 10 pm.
